Members in the News! In this FD article, Anna Chernilovskaya, chief information officer (cio) at health insurer ONVZ, tells us that she is far from seeing an artificial intelligence (AI)-driven chatbot answering customers' questions about their health insurance?
'Getting that done would require a huge investment and take time. My team of 20 data analysts would then probably be busy with nothing else for a few years first.' Because before ‘smart’ chatbots can provide error-free, meaningful and useful answers, they will first have to be fed information. And that is more complicated than it sounds.
